There will be parent- Teacher meeting on last Saturday of every month. This occasion is to be availed of, for building mutual understanding between the parents and teachers, with regard to the character and behaviour and the all round progress of their wards. The school administration will take a serious view of parents regularly absenting themselves from such meeting or show disinterest towards their children's education.

1) Parents must attend the scheduled PTA meetings and the Open House Days in the interest of their wards.

2) All report cards will be handed over only to the parents/guardians. Under no circumstances will the report card be given to a student or any other unauthorized person.

3) Under exceptional circumstances if the parent would like the report card to be handed over to any other responsible person, the prior permission of the Principal has to be obtained and a letter of authorization must be given to that person.

4) Parents may meet the Principal / V. Principals/Co-ordinator / Counsellor by prior appointment.
